Author: I saw it mentioned in an episode of ‘Top Gear’ when they tested the Bugatti Veyron there. Its supposed to be huge and somewhat secretive to keep prying eyes away from prototype cars. If anyone can get me names, websites, photos, etc., the best person gets 10 points. Thanks guys.
